DOI and ISSN numbers for JPLM

Dear Author,
Journal of Planning and Land Management is happy to announce the acquisition of a DOI. Our new DOI prefix: 10.36005. We wish to inform all authors that revised versions of their articles with both our DOI and ISSN (2676-2765) would be uploaded soon. For all manuscripts in the second edition, these would be added before Publication.

1. What is a DOI?
A DOI, or Digital Object Identifier, is a string of numbers, letters and symbols used to permanently identify an article or document and link to it on the web. A DOI will help your reader easily locate a document from your citation.
2. What is an ISSN number?
The International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) is an internationally accepted code which identifies the title of serial publications. It is an eight-digit number consisting of seven digits plus a check digit which enables a computer to recognise when the number is incorrectly cited.
3. What are the benefits of a DOI?
You benefit from efficient management and accurate tracking, as well as gaining the ability to more easily automate processes and collaborate with partners in your community. And that means adding value to your content. A DOI is a Digital Object Identifier.
